 It can't be! 8 years on EZ/Yuku, and it's over. Is HP still around? or have the just moved? I got a message in May and didn't reply because I wasn't a HP member, just a forum user.
(sigh)
Oh well, that's life. I don't know of anywhere else one could go to Tachyon except for here. Where else can we go for old Tachyon members?

Unfortunately... that is true.
HP was sort of moved to The Buzz, which was Rumrunner's forum.
Rum then closed Buzz recently and it appears he knocked out HP too, which had previously remained
public viewable. He's got another forum now, of which I don't have the address and it appears last
I was able to see it, it had nothing to do with HP. Sheena, Cowboy, or about 5 others had showed up at the Buzz last I knew.
Lately, and it pains my heart to see this.. but old Tach groups have been dropping like flies.
First was Bora Coalition... that was fairly active and it suddenly dissappeared in an instant.
I think something happened to the hosting or files. I don't have contacts to any of the BC that were
still active so I don't know what to do.
Then HP was moved around.
Star Magi has been hit with spam bots and almost went down. Delta saved it at least from going offline.
Other than a stop by post from plzdie or delta usually, only the spam bots tend to visit.
Gemini was talking to me quite regularly, then he suddenly vanished and never resurfaced.
RG was building a new site and forum, now it says their account is suspended.
Neechi still has a board, but what little of them remained started a Facebook group or something.
The Devil =RG= showed up at Void Alliance quite recently, but hasn't returned to check his thread.
VA has nothing to do with Tachyon, they play ogame mostly. Only Skaare is still around.
I know where Eurofighter and Misterfour are though, GriffinMoone I know where he is, but never get a response. I found Fyreheart not too long ago too.
IK might have 3 people that still remember Tach, but they do nothing but WOW now. Quite similar to VA.
New Breed, is all that remains (unless you count SM) of any group that still plays Tach.
Mostly all that consists of is Overkilled, which bless his soul is fighting major health issues and trying
to still host a server. Punisher I might hear from once a year. Supposedly 10/7 and Warhawk are alive,
but never stop by. Kodiakk used his tags as NB but never plays anymore and is rare to see online.
I'm not sure what to call it... sad is at least one word.
We still have about 6 people in game on Sunday, but that's all that remain.
If anything, what hurts is HP being closed like all the other boards of old. It can't even be seen as
something from a historical standpoint. *sigh* At least I got some of the "my history" posts out of there.
It's depressing, which doesn't help, but FS will continue on. Even if we have to rebuild the clans
in game as factions of old and leave them to be filled by a new generation. |

Wow, it's depressing. I found your links at the bottom for other groups, keep those links up since that is all that is left of the old groups. This economy has hit very hard! Peeps are dropping like flies into the intervoid of nothingness. Say hello to WarHawk, I played with that guy for 2 years! It's cool he is still around. I'll be back soon, have to get new ISP.
p.s. WarHawk remembers me as Mar-vel.
